When I press [F10] in VTI to send a file to it there is an error "Transmission error". What can I do
- I have a ROM
- file is in the same directory as vti.exe
Can someone help me?

that only happens to me when the calc (emulator calc that is...) isn't on. hit 'Scroll Lock' or the 'On' key on the calc.

This doesn't belong in programming help. Moved!
Make sure you are not running any asm programs if you send something to your calc! (like ion)

Also make sure you have enough RAM free.
You know your hexadecimal output routine is broken when it displays the character 'G'.

The little problem is: The Calc (vti) doesnt start, scroll-lock doesnt start it either. On-key? doesnt react!
Hmm...

Use the reset function of VTI (right click on calc -> reset)...
please change your avatar or resize it.

Hmm...
you probably have a ROM that's higher than 1.12. If you'd give me your email adress, then i couldn't send it, cuz that's illegal (wink wink nodge nodge)

It would be nice if you or so else
don't send it to me because I
don't need it
(wink wink)
But please don't give a link to a download, cause that's not allowed on Maxcoderz, and I will follow the rules!!!
Thx,
NanoWar
Edit kv83 : Changed text... ROM's are illegal!

These boards will not provide links to any illegal material. If you want to do it yourselves (via email or what-not) then we cant stop you, but please dont discuss it here.

VTI has a ROM dumping utility.
Right click the screen, and select "ROM Wizard". Plug in your calculator and follow the instructions.
