Vote for the new Subject of the programming competition!
Finally! As we all know we submitted a lot of idea's. But there were some idea's which really were good. Now the time has come to vote. Why not earlier? Well, we had to wait for a mod which could 'hide' the votes until the poll expires. Otherwise people could see who would win, and already begin to work, which would be kind of unfair.
We are trying to make the competition even bigger than last year. We will contact ticalc.org to join, but don't count on it.
Of course, Greenfire is history, so the competition will now be named 'Maxcoderz Programming Competition' (which is shorter anyway), aka MPC.
Whether Basic will be included in the competition or not, is yet to be decided.
Also the rules are not yet determined. They will not be the same as last year.
You can vote for 4 weeks, starting today!
(If I forgot an idea, please tell me, and I will add it... I don't have the old posts right now, so I am not sure... I think we talked also about a interpreter, but seeing that MLC is already in development, I decided to take that one out)
Well, without further delay, let the votings start

No sir. As last year it is not possible to submit an project which already has been released. Nor will it be allowed to post any information/screens about your project.benryves wrote:Would it be possible to submit old projects for such a competition? I know there's a Tamigotchi clone already on ticalc.org, you see.
huh? ... ... edit: oh wait, I get ittr1p1ea wrote:Or perhaps *cough*pixelmadness*cough*

1. I don't know why it doesn't work, i heard you need a special Ion.lloydkirk1989 wrote:leofox wrote:I can't try monochromatic now (ion doesn't work on my vti, and my serial link is dead), so i'll assume you mean animation.
Why doesn't Ion work on your VTI and how do you use VTI without it?
2. I program in nostub in vti 2.5, and app in vti 3.0. I don't like Ion anyway.
