Lets here it for new digital cameras! Here is the Calc DBS pictured alongside the adapter carrying case and some ham radio equipment and other oddities. The current DBS in nearing 1 year of age this month and hasn't had a problem to date. Also worth mentioning is only one battery change was required the whole schoolyear; despite many gaming marathons with ZTris, Phoenix, Mario, Slippy and other personal favs.
Due to progress in an unrelated project. I *might* be able to miniaturize the internals to make a new Calc DBS add-on. I'm throwing around ideas like a 3rd battery supply to augment the current AA's and AAA's; a possible reset switch so battery pulls won't be needed; an external flash memory and a couple others.
