I dont really think it will ever be able to come to that. Hey is this the same CD as the old ticalc CD?

Did anyone here have anything on the old ticalc CD?

Yes, I have my sprite maker (for windows) on it... it isn't the same as on the site we are talking about, since the ticalc one also had some windows applications on it... I have it somewhere lying around

I got the same reply:

"Thank you for your email. However, I am a little confused. I'm not sure
exactly how to respond to your email. I purchase all of the CD's on my web
site from a legitimate, wholesale supplier. I am confident that the company
from which I purchase from does not sell anything illegally reproduced.

Thanks,

Melody...it's a beautiful name, she can sell my game anytime. Unless it's a boy..I am not gay.

Stealing! That is damned stealing! I wonder how long thisis gonna last. That is not cool.
... interesting... looks like it has my old Pokemon versions
pkmnblue.exe Pokemon Blue v1.0

pkmnbluev100to110.exe Pokemon Blue v1.00 update patch

pkmnbluev110.exe Pokemon Blue v1.10

pkmnred.exe Pokemon Red
Looks like it's been ripped from those Ticalc.org CDs or something.
Anyway, I do not approve
EDIT: I sent an email. Here's a killer. Under the Berne copyright convention, it says that everything is copyrighted automatically whether it has a notice or not.
Although distributing freeware can be debated, they are making a profit out of it.

Yeah, I got the same reply, Kozak. He/she/it must get it a lot since that's word for word of the response that I got. <sigh>

Calculator games should always be free no mater what. Even if you did sell them it worthless because people will give them away for free. I am not going to sell any of my games and if someone else does sell them a law suit will follow.

Back on topic, I found this site:
http://home.no.net/tishop/
From what I seen it's another people who sell TI games and it hasn't been updated for a long time.

if anything, they can just claim that they are selling the CD and the distrobution, not the actual programs on the CD. It's the same way vendors sell pressed (or burned) copies of linux distrobutions.
