Broken key ?

Use standard scissors. I was randomly putting my scissors in stuff a while ago, and i found out that it was exactly the right size for opening it. You might need to try different sizes of scissors.

leofox > unfortunately my scissors is too large :(

Anyway, whatever the name of the tool needed, I know its french name, I *should* be able to get one :) ... even is my calc seems to have stopped bothering me...

Ah, most critical. They won't let you leave the store without knowing the French name. It's the most essential part of purchasing hardware.
