Lets have a new Maxcoderz project: Make a submission that does every single thing he posted there.
Or would it be better as a new competition?
So, let's make it: Who can make a submission that breaks the most of the rules listed?
Here's the basis: A Basic shell with a title starting with 1 with windows xp in the name that also has plenty of almost useless subprograms that do things like the quadratic formula and area of a rectangle. It could feature "unbreakable" basic password protection for the calc(until on is pressed), a cool guessing game with multiple levels of AI, and a clock that claims to be more accurate than one of those bulky nuclear ones. Of course, you would have to put all the program files into .tiprogram format, just to show everyone the superiority of the mac computer. Also, it would need a several megabyte manual in exe format. While you're at it, include the Ti manual in notefolio format, and a few new copyrighted books as well. While you're loading in useful things, you could include some of TI's apps that cost money. And as a redundancy to the notefolio, include the pdf's of all the TI-83 series manuals, in all their languages. (then you won't have to waste your time saying RTFM) Include screenshots blown up to 1600x1200(bmp format) so everyone can see them, even if they're going blind. Then to save space, you can zip it with some special super-compressed format that only one obscure compression program supports.
Naturally, the program would have a few nasty errors that are to be fixed in the next version. Also, it must be written in some obscure language. Submit it once, then change something, submit it again, and when you get no responce in the next minute or so, submit it a few more times. Obviously the internet was malfunctioning and lost it those first few times.
Well, that's a start, anyone want to add to the plan for making this submission?
I mean, they're practically inviting it when they say:
There aren't very many instructions on the File Upload page. Feel free to ignore them. It makes the file archiver's job extra exciting when you violate all of them in one submission!
