1 Open image
2 Goto colors->greyscale
3 Goto colors->Decrease color depth->X colors (4/8 bit)->Number of colors:4,Optimized Median Cut,Reduction Method:Nearest color.

I hate our filter. Of course, when I try to go outside of it the link works file. Thanks a bunch. Not only can I use the trainer pics, I can also use the overworld sprites and a number of other things as well. This is really a useful place. (Yes, it did answer the question, finally.) Thanks again. No, the project is not dead, just other things going on.
