If the new album is the same one that rumors foretold it would be, then it is a remake of the entire "Keasby Nights" cd by Catch 22, one of the gods of ska. Listen to Dear Sergio, Keasby Nights, or Walking Away, or Kristina, or Sick and Sad, or As the Footsteps Fade Away, or 9mm and a 3 Piece Suit, or whatever is left on there and you will know that Catch 22 is the bomb. Might I also recommend The Planet Smasher, especially Super Orgy Porno Party (not as bad as it sounds) and Missionary's Downfall. The Unknown One can recommend a few more good songs since he has been listening to a lot of ska lately too.

Keasbey Nights & Dear Sergio rock! Catch 22 rocks! God, I just LOVE ska... Yea, The Planet Smashers are great, lemme say a couple of good songs: Super Orgy Porno Party & Missionary's Downfall (tfg already said those), Blind, Explosive, Fabricated, Girl In The Front Row, Hey Hey, I Like Your Girl, Never Gonna Drink Again, No Self Control and Psycho Neighbour. Some other great bands are The Aquabats, Bandits of the Accoustic Revolution, Big D & The Kids Table (Little Bitch, the The Specials version is great too), Buck-O-Nine, Bus Five (an old band of tfg), Catch 22 (just another reference :) ), Choking Victim, MU330, Operation Ivy, Suburban Legends, The Slackers, The Specials, Voodoo Glow Skulls, and more! Those are the ones I have songs from on my pc now... Also check out the myspace of tfg's old band (not Bus Five, the less old one), forgot name :p

Ah yes, Little Bitch. That is a great song by The Specials and the cover by Big D is awesome. That's the song I am testing Jim e's real sound with.

Currently coming up with a new signature idea... since my forum avatar changer was killed by an upgrade...

I could recommend a million different bands/songs. Tell me what style you like most of what you have heard and I can give some similar stuff. I like it all (except for big d, I only like 1 song by them) so I have it all.

Great band. I saw them play with the Phenomonauts, a cool rock-a-billy band from outer space.

On http://threefingeredguy.revsoft.org/ I have posted several ska songs for the enjoyment of my fellow calculator and school friends. Please don't link your friends to this. Rather, download the files and then burn them for your friends. I will randomly add and remove albums, so check often and put what you like on your harddrives. Good luck.

I like all forms of music, with the exception of rap, slow country (a little is okay, but it's really easy to OD), metal where the damn singer sucks and drowns out the cool guitar riffs (the stuff with the strange screaming and crap). Other than that I'll listen to anything and everything. Right now I'm into old skool rock (Zeppelin, The Who, Hendrix, etc.). I have no idea what ska is, however.
I think, therefore iMac

The Who ROCKS. I love them. And hmm, ska is hard to describe. 3fg can do that better than me. Just listen to some ska ;)
