Hmm, it's funny, because all the menus and cursors and such in the OS run at the EXACT speed they would if you made a replica of it with the Menu( command in BASIC.

Except they have the multiple tabs thing at the top.

Though it wouldn't surprise me if they use the same backend routines.

Yeah, that's a good catch dys. but making a menu with such things isn't hard. In basic I can do the same with about the same speed (with the help of an asm lib for inversing text and getting programs on the calc.)
