A new cpu, and by suprise a new vidcard

I can't see why me living in the UK puts any difference on whether or not you get issued with a standard debit card?
If you've only got a cash card, then that explains things. I've been using a debit card to buy stuff online since I was about 13, though...
Or do Belgian banks not issue Solo/Electron cards?

Here in the states if I get a checking account I can get a debit card, and I'm sure I could possibly get a credit card with out being 18 here also.

But what can I say I the special one...

And I won't be getting that computer for a while because of the hurricane.

My brother was very lucky.

His GFX card died and he could rebuy a card for free for the same price he bought his old GFX card. Since his card was top of the line 1 year ago he can now also get a top of the line card.

He also entered a contest held by Remedy (Death Rally, Max Payne, Alan Wake) and he won every game for every console that they have made. That's only 8 games, since Remedy hasn't made much games, but it's still cool.
