Here you can find side projects of the staff and great projects which we think should get extra support. (Note that featured projects are not projects by staff members of MaxCoderz)

I dunno about taking up the whole ROM, but say around four flash pages would suit nicely.

Eh heh, about RAM, I'll be needing most of that, too. Right now I use 8,000 bytes, but that'll be going up. Don't worry, I'll give it back, I promise.
I found out that the framerate is high enough to create a makeshift grayscale. Hello shaded rupees  .

This is one of the few things I've actually tested on calc. I also experimented with having an interrupt overlay images of Link every hit to create gray, but the speed tradeoff wasn't worth it. Gameplay > graphics.

Yeah andy is right it's not an rpg despite the birdseye.....wait grey, did I hear grey*sniffs around*

Dammm spencer, I can't believe how much thought is going in this. Grey or not I think it looks great. Man I haven't coded in awhile. I need to get back to that. I don't know how you keep your momentum.

I dont think it would have been a good idea to make this in all gray. Everyone would DIE playing it because its 1337n355 factor would go through the roof :).

Imagine how many people had heart attacks when Duck released his Zelda demo :).

This may be more trouble than its worth, but a routine at the startup that would allocate enough RAM and temp archive everything else?

Looking good Spencer! I used that gray trick on the rupies in Corbin too :p Looks wackey. Nice the framerate is high enough. I love the way the engine handles game dynamics in a very original way. Good stuff.

wow very nice spencer. This is great, there is a few good ASM games that I am looking forward too...this is right at the top! Keep it up man, your willingness/dedication to program has inspired me, I might have to do some of that again!
