ok, the program i'm working on, and almost done with is a (hopefully) large rpg. It has a store with multiple weapons and armor, 1 working area, and 3 races to choose from. Also, once you choose your race, a stat generator will create your health, defense, power, etc... Hopefully I can get this up within like 4-5 more days. It shouldn't take too long.
lol, no major graphics...or omnicalc??...yea..i'm still new at this but i'm gettin close. If you have some suggestions to what would be a good addition, i'm all ears.
hehe, I can get some screen shots ASAP, but right now I have to fix a bug..*mutters* But this one, once I get done, should last you a good 2 hours at least.
I just realized something....the amount of weapons is around 20, there are 3 shields, 3 gauntlets, 3 helms, and 3 set's of leggings...hmm...funny thing is, the store is bigger than the main program..*mutters* optimizing here i come..
Well there certainly isnt anything wrong with heaps of items . Im sure that some of the BASIC guru's around here can give you some optimisation pointers .

hehe, That would be great if they could, I sure could use it. The program is runnin slow, but no biggy, it will probably run slower once I get the sprites and such added in. But heck, trial and error, right?
if your using omnicalc, sprites can be faster than a screen of text...xlib can make graphical maps faster than using a screen of text (a good bit faster)
