One thing I look for is memory clock, get the fastest you can afford. My FX 5500 core clock comes at 275Mhz, and a 25 Mhz overclock made a huge difference, so try to find a card with at least 300 Mhz core clock, you won't be let down. If that compy that you are putting the card in has integrate video, you need do disable the integrated. Then try to use the new card if that doesn't work then you have a dead card, or if its an 8x agp card and your putting it in a 2x apg slot it won't work either. Also your powersupply may not have ...
