The reason why these animations are so large is that you're duplicating frames to make them longer, not actually changing the frame length. Also, one optimisation is to make pixels that don't change from one frame to the next transparent, which your editors don't seem to be doing and are encoding the entire frame each time.

I wish I had some thing to change the slide time legnth UNFREEZ doesn't do that. :(

Animation Shop can do that. I use it for all my animated gif needs :).

it is for free...but its not as good as animation shop or some others.

Can you buy animation shop at any store? (like Best Buy or Walmart) Or do you have to order it from somewhere?

odd I though it was part of Paint Shop Pro, do you absolutely need PSP on your comp to run animation shop?

I couldn't seem to find the gif anamator and the one I found didn't work :(
