Lol ok. Just keep in mind there are catgirls there, though, although normally you should be safe. And they're moving servers and seems to have messed cookies up <.<
Also I wonder if the dutch TI board is still active?

Re: This site is almost dead
Omni is pretty active too, but there are fewer assembly programmers than Cemetech and fewer hardware mod discussion. Most of the ASM discussion occurs over IRC and the forums gets more of the Axe Parser, TI-Nspire Lua and game projects discussions. It's also both Kllrnohj-free and allynfolksjr-free ...

Re: This site is almost dead
I think the issue was the move to .org in 2006. Half of the members eventually found out, but the rest thought the site vanished, because the change was never announced anywhere else in the TI community. I kinda wish there was a news on ticalc.org about it back then. Afterward the fewer project upda...

Re: This site is almost dead
I could be wrong but I think the site had more activity since November until now than it did during the rest of 2010, though. Usually I check and there are some new posts from time to time. It definitively needs more activity, though. I hope to see some of the projects here be picked up again, even ...

Re: Site problem: Not handling cookies properly
I never understood that banner, personally, though the one with the walking Samus sprite was indeed excellent. :) I don't remember the one used on the Mambo site, though, and don't remember the URL so can't do any digging in web.archive.org. I agree that putting up the old products would be a good ...

Re: Site problem: Not handling cookies properly
Actually they used this slogan for several years. On the original archive.org site you can even see it in the title bar. Here are the slogans used: 2001: none (The first site just said "Welcome" and the second one "News") 2002: Keep on coding 2003: Where's the door? 2004-today: F...

Re: Site problem: Not handling cookies properly
By the way I love how you brought the 2003-05 front page back up. I missed it. I hope you eventually re-add all former MC products there, since it was part of MC history. One thing, though: Is it normal that my password got changed following the server move? I had to send a password reset to my e-ma...

Re: Site problem: Not handling cookies properly
I don't post often, but I noticed that everytime I visited I had to login again, even when I selected the auto-login box. I did not have the auto-logout issue until I saw your post, though, since I didn't login in a while. I hope you can fix it since it will be annoying to login on every post.

It appears that this post have the ID #66666. Talk about evilness. Now if only this was powerful enough to revive the forums though... /me wonders who is actually remaining as active MaxCoderz staff besides Benryves and tr1p1ea and wonders if they should maybe try to mass-PM the inactive ones to see...

Re: [News] RSS-feed
Aah ok. Well unfortunately, we decided to shut down Cemetech and UTI notifications as well now, so it wouldn't matter much anymore. The reason why is because Omnimaga now averages at 230 posts per day (we even had 6 days above 400 each, in the past 2 months. In June alone there were 7251 posts) and ...

Re: [News] RSS-feed
I wonder if there is a MaxCoderz RSS feed available that lists new forum posts? (or the latest active threads, like http://www.junemann.nl/maxcoderz/search.php?search_id=newposts )? I have an active TI calculator channel where Netham45 added a bot that notifies us when there are new posts on United-...

Re: The Happy Birthday Thread
Belated thanks!
I should maybe come back here and post a bit about my recent calc project to spark some activity.

Re: Dead forums (lively thread)
I'm still somewhat around, just not really posting on as many TI forums as before. In Early 2008, I drifted from the TI community and focused on music creation for most of that year while venturing into Casio programming, then by late 2008 I returned into TI stuff again. However, I was too busy with...
